Wo-mentoring Future UP

As part of the Women Who Change BNP Paribas project, we are implementing the Wo-mentoring Future UP programme. This is a six-month mentoring programme that aims to prepare our employees for the challenges of a changing world.

We expect our mentees to:

  • become familiar with new technologies and business trends,
  • define the path of digital change,
  • learn the best practices of the business world,
  • learn to overcome their own limitations,
  • incorporate diversity into the process of building their own solutions.

Reference to technology is what sets this programme apart – the aim being that Future UP mentees create increasingly innovative solutions. We work with mentors from various industries in the market who specialise in technology solutions.

Knowledge sharing programme

The uniqueness of this programme is that when you share (knowledge) you multiply (benefits). Experts offer their knowledge to employees to practically support them in navigating their way through daily banking operations. Together, we master the ins and outs of MS Office, SQL and financial topics.
