The Statutory Auditor

Pursuant to the Articles of Association of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. the entity conducting the audit of the Bank's financial statements and its Group is selected by the Supervisory Board of the Bank based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.

Mazars Audyt Sp. z o.o. was selected as a statutory auditor authorized to audit and review the stand-alone financial statements of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and the consolidated financial statements of the BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Group, along with reporting packages, for the years 2020-2023.

On 15 September 2023, the BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Supervisory Board passed a resolution whereby Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. was selected as a statutory auditor that will conduct audits and reviews of stand-alone financial statements of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and consolidated financial statements of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Group with reporting packages, for the years 2024-2025.
