Your path to working at our bank

  1. First step

    You will meet with a recruiter assigned to the bank area to which you have applied and with a manager – your future supervisor. For some roles, you may additionally meet with the Line Director.

  2. Second step

    If necessary or if the role for which you are applying requires, we may ask you to perform a task that will help us get to know you even better.

  3. Third step

    The final step is to provide you with feedback – regardless of the decision. If the decision is positive, you will receive a job offer from us.

  5. Formalities

    Sign your contract, pick up your work equipment and complete the necessary paperwork. Depending on where you work, you will receive an induction into key elements, allowing you to operate effectively and autonomously in your new environment.

  6. Onboarding and training

    We will make sure that you settle effectively into your new role.

  7. Meeting your team

    We cannot guarantee that you will get to know all your colleagues on day one (due to the hybrid work model) but you will certainly have the opportunity to get to know the team during your first days. You can count on their support from the very beginning.
