Personal data provided by users of the Website of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’, using electronic forms shall be kept by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Kasprzaka 2 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Bank’) in accordance with the principles set forth by law, including in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 04.05.2016).
The Bank shall only collect data of Website users to be used to provide services chosen by the Website users, to respond to requests submitted to the Bank, for marketing purposes related to advertising of banking products and services, to provide information on the Bank’s range of products and for archiving and statistical purposes. Data provided by Website users in online forms are protected using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

Personal data of Website users collected by the Bank may be disclosed solely to entities authorised to receive them by law and to entities to which the Website user provided his/her consent for personal data processing.
